DME Delivers is looking for a value-driven Sales Professional with excellent interpersonal skills to actively seek out and engage customer prospects.

Position Outcome

The DME sales representatives are responsible for proactively communicating the value of a DME’s digital and print marketing solutions in order to drive consistent sales. DME sales reps serve as the point of contact between the business and its prospects and clients, having a range of responsibilities including identifying and educating prospective customers while supporting existing clients with information and assistance that relates to products and services.

What Does a DME Sales Professional Do?

Simply… sell and close business. You will provide appropriate solutions for every prospective customer in order to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels and profitability. DME is a client, value, solution-based company that prides itself as going the extra mile as a long-term, demanded partner who simply outperforms and wins.


  • Prospect, present, and sell DME creative print solutions using proprietary sales methodology and process to existing and prospective customers
  • Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
  • Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships
  • Reach out to customer leads through cold calling, cold emails, and social media (LinkedIn)
  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize success
  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
  • Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
  • Analyze territory/market potential, track sales and status reports
  • Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services using CRM (SF.com)
  • Keep abreast of market, competitors, best-practice trends
  • Continuously improve through coaching and feedback

Required Skills / Abilities

  • Proven successful, consistent track record of quota attainment
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Strong use of CRM along with ability to build productive business professional relationships
  • Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in attaining goals and objectives
  • Excellent prospecting, presenting, demonstration, objection handling, negotiating and closing communication skills
  • Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
  • Talent at working a room, quick on the feet
  • Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field
  • Sincere, coachable, with a growth mindset
