DME Delivers is seeking motivated individuals for mail assembly work. DME Delivers is seeking people to help assemble mail pieces, boxes and other fulfillment types of orders. This is ongoing contracted piece work and is on an on call/as needed basis.

Lots of flexibility – so you have the ability to work the hours or days that work for you. We do ask for a minimum of a 4-hour commitment and our normal hours are 7:00am – 6:00pm, Monday through Friday. Occasional nights and/or weekends.

DME is a drug-free, alcohol-free workplace. Must have a valid photo ID and social security card. Minimum age is 16.

JOB DESCRIPTION

DME is seeking a .NET Software Developer/Front-End Designer to assist in the design and maintenance of software development projects of the organization, as well as provides support for daily operational activities of the development team.

Responsibilities – Design and Development

  • Completes project responsibilities including design, coding, unit testing, and documentation of time at required quality level.
  • Develops high quality software code within company standards and development guidelines.
  • Performs code reviews, unit testing, and system testing of own and other developers’ work.
  • Primarily focused on development of new applications, with the ability to support all current integrated applications.
  • Stays abreast of any industry-wide changes in design philosophy and any new tools and technologies being used for the Internet.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Competencies

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or 5+ year’s equivalent experience
  • Strong OOP knowledge with firm understanding of design patterns.
  • Strong experience with C# and ASP.NET with both MVC and web forms. Also understands the page lifecycle. Familiarity with .NET Core is also desirable.
  • Working knowledge with SQL Server 2008 R2 or higher and ADO.NET
  • Broad technical background: .NET Framework, LINQ, JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, CSS, XML, AJAX
  • UI Experience for web including Responsive Design
  • Exposure to Agile software development methodologies – experience participating in daily standups, and agile planning activities
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with high availability requirement production software applications
  • Must be a friendly, easy-going and hands-on team player

Education and/or Experience

Bachelor’s degree (B. A.) from four-year College or university; or four to 8 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Job Summary

The Graphic Designer will create visual communications to convey messages in an effective and aesthetically pleasing manner. includes the entire process of defining requirements, visualizing and creating graphics including illustrations, logos, layouts and photos. The Graphic Designer shapes the visual aspects of websites, books, magazines, product packaging, exhibitions and more.

Duties / Responsibilities

· Work on 4+ projects simultaneously depending on client workload ranging from print, vector and digital mediums.

· Reverse engineer work samples and files supplied by the client and apply them to your artwork.

· Meet with client to determine clear and concise art direction.

· Proof work for grammatical and design errors before printing.

· Mock-up product designs and proofs for client approval.

· Vector client supplied raster artwork and prepare for print.

· Prepare artwork for print or digital mediums.

Required Skills / Abilities

· Highly proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign. Experience in Adobe Premiere, After Effects, or large-format printing is a huge plus.

· Comfortable working in CMYK, RGB and Pantone color spaces.

· Ability to absorb and apply constructive criticism from art director, peers and clients.

· Comfortable working in a Mac or PC environment.

· Thrives in a fast-paced and fun environment.

· Can complete multiple projects with varying deadlines.

Job Summary

Mailing Services Operations team members assist print production to process and fulfill mail and printed products.

Duties / Responsibilities

· Perform various Mailing Services activities (sorting, metering, folding, diecutting, UV coating, inserting, paper cutting, tabbing etc.)

· Maintain the highest levels of customer care and detail while demonstrating a friendly and cooperative attitude

· Maintain all logs, QC paperwork and reporting documentation

· Participate in cross-training (learn other related equipment)

· Perform other tasks and help other departments as needed

Job Summary

The Shipping and Receiving Materials Handler will be responsible to ship and/or receive supplies, materials and equipment as well as to maintain inventory control and records.

Duties / Responsibilities

· Receives and unloads freight both manually or with equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks.

· Checks for damaged goods,

· Verifies quantity and quality of order.

· Verifies items received with purchase order.

· Wraps, packages and ships supplies.

· Delivers and retrieves supplies to and from work or storage areas.

· Tags and issues supplies.

· Stocks shelves and rotates inventory.

· Participates in physical inventories of warehouse.

· Maintains inventory records by adding or deleting supplies as they are shipped or received.

· Operates a personal computer to access, enter and correct information.

Job Summary

A Digital Print Production Specialist operates and maintains our HP Indigo and Xeikon print production presses

Duties / Responsibilities

· Operate and maintain all graphics department printing equipment, including large format printers, lamination equipment, digital cutters and software programs.

· Determine prepress requirements by reviewing job tickets and pre-flighting work tickets.

· Diagnose and correct potential production problems contained within design files including digital file sizes, printing issues, and finishing concerns.

· Maintain a clean and safe working environment (keep all major aisle clean and clear of debris/trash, disposal of trash in company dumpsters as required). Department must be maintained with a clean, organized appearance.

· Maintain equipment as needed and required, maintaining logs and noting adjustments made.

· Inventory management of printing materials and consumables.

· Work in the production area of the department to facilitate the finishing of vinyl production, mounting and trimming of digital prints. Vinyl installation skills preferred but not required.

· Use scissors, x-acto knives, squeegees, rulers, and other related tools for finishing products.

· Have a working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite preferred.
