DME Delivers is looking for a value-driven Sales Professional with excellent interpersonal skills to actively seek out and engage customer prospects.

Position Outcome

The DME sales representatives are responsible for proactively communicating the value of a DME’s digital and print marketing solutions in order to drive consistent sales. DME sales reps serve as the point of contact between the business and its prospects and clients, having a range of responsibilities including identifying and educating prospective customers while supporting existing clients with information and assistance that relates to products and services.

What Does a DME Sales Professional Do?

Simply… sell and close business. You will provide appropriate solutions for every prospective customer in order to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels and profitability. DME is a client, value, solution-based company that prides itself as going the extra mile as a long-term, demanded partner who simply outperforms and wins.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect, present, and sell DME creative print solutions using proprietary sales methodology and process to existing and prospective customers
  • Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
  • Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships
  • Reach out to customer leads through cold calling, cold emails, and social media (LinkedIn)
  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize success
  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
  • Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
  • Analyze territory/market potential, track sales and status reports
  • Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services using CRM (SF.com)
  • Keep abreast of market, competitors, best-practice trends
  • Continuously improve through coaching and feedback

Required Skills / Abilities

  • Proven successful, consistent track record of quota attainment
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Strong use of CRM along with ability to build productive business professional relationships
  • Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in attaining goals and objectives
  • Excellent prospecting, presenting, demonstration, objection handling, negotiating and closing communication skills
  • Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field

POSITION SUMMARY

DME Delivers LLC is a dynamic and growing organization that specializes in providing fulfillment services to various companies, including companies based in Montreal, Canada. As we expand our business relationships in the French-Canadian market, we recognize the crucial need for effective communication in the local language. To bridge this language gap and enhance our customer relations, we are seeking a skilled and fluent French-Canadian speaker to join our team as a Bilingual Customer Relations and Fulfillment Specialist.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Customer Communication –

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for French Canadian-speaking clients, ensuring clear and effective communication in their preferred language.
  • Respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and provide assistance to clients in French Canadian, fostering positive relationships.

Contractor and Employee Support –

  • Collaborate with contractors and employees based in Montreal, offering support and facilitating communication in French Canadian when necessary.
  • Provide language assistance to colleagues who may encounter challenges in English communication.

Translation and Interpretation –

  • Translate written documents, emails, and other correspondence from English to French Canadian, and vice versa.
  • Act as an interpreter during meetings, ensuring seamless communication between English and French-Canadian speakers.

Cultural Sensitivity –

  • Demonstrate cultural awareness and sensitivity when interacting with French Canadian clients, contractors, and employees to build trust and rapport.

 

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

Competencies

Interpersonal Skills:

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to establish and maintain positive relationships.
  • Patience and empathy in addressing customer concerns and inquiries.

Problem-Solving:

  • Effective problem-solving skills to address issues and find solutions in a cross-cultural context.

 

Language Proficiency:

Must be Fluent in both English and French Canadian, with exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both languages.

Must have a cultural understanding of Montreal, Canada, and the Quebecois.

SKILLS & ABILITIES

 

Education:   High School diploma/GED

Experience: Proven experience in a customer service or client relations role, preferably in a multicultural environment.

Travel Requirements:  Montreal, Quebec, Canada – biannually

Certifications & Licenses:  None

 

Computer Skills: Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite of products including Outlook.
